Are you ready to evolve? This is the ultimate package that will perfectly nourish your training desires. Through twenty four personal sessions we will work together to develop your strength, speed, agility and power. We will come up with a program that is designed specifically for your body’s needs. Whatever you feel you want to improve on or change, with this program we can make it happen by evolving you into the best version of yourself!

This package is made up of:

  • Twenty Four, one to one personal training sessions
  • Unlimited access to workshops for 2 months
  • 8 nutrition desk dates
  • Unlimited access to bootcamps

Group Stat Readings and Goal Settings

£42.00 for 6 weeks

£7.00 for each one hour session

The group stat readings and goal settings give people the encouragement and confidence they need to know they are not alone. With a group meeting we can all sit together in a comfortable environment with others that are in exactly the same position as you are!

The meetings will take place on a weekly basis where we set up both individual and team goals with guidance on how each person can reach these goals. We will give both exercise and nutritional advice to follow away from our sessions in the gym.And to really keep a good track on things we will monitor each person’s progression every week by recording your stats.

Indoor and Outdoor Group Coaching

Our indoor and outdoor group coaching is adjusted depending on each individual’s personal ability, you will be advised by a coach which level you should start at, once that is established we will all work together to make each other progress to the next stage!

The indoor and outdoor group coaching is that place where your competitive egos will push you to do more. You won’t give up because you will see your fitness peers doing so well that it will motivate you to do the same. But during the group coaching you aren’t competitors. You are a team, a team that is set to encourage one another to be the best you can be!

The Evolve workshops aim to educate clients as well as existing coaches on important knowledge that will greatly benefit and change your way of training. Clients will understand the science that goes on behind their training, why you might be advised to do a certain exercise, what it is really doing to your body and why it is assisting you in reaching your goals!

The workshops are a way to develop your knowledge on training, make you more confident in sessions and give you even better results because you are truly able to understand exactly WHY you are doing these activities and HOW you should be doing them.

Nutritional Desk Dates

£50.00

The nutritional desk dates are a one hour meeting that will focus solely on your nutrition. We will assess each individual’s lifestyle to see exactly what changes need to be made in order for them to reach their goal.

We will analyse the food you are eating, work ethic, lifestyle, water intake and daily activity because believe it or not, this ALL contributes to limitations you may have in your diet or why you may not naturally reach for the foods that will benefit you the most.
